Shell CEE Gamification

This engaging email campaign targeted CEE markets, combining gamification and personalized video to drive customer interaction with the Shell loyalty program. Over three months, users earned points by using services at Shell pumps, with the personalized video explaining the program’s mechanics. I designed all visuals and storyboards, creating a cohesive and interactive experience that boosted customer engagement. This campaign was developed in collaboration with Wunderman Thompson.
